Hi I’m Pooja Bhargava, a certified nutritionist, personal trainer and health coach based in Mumbai.
I’ve helped over 1200 people reverse conditions like PCOS, thyroid imbalances, diabetes, bloating and stubborn weight gain — not through restriction but through real food, real movement, and a practical plan that fits real life.
I hold a degree in Nutrition Science from Purdue University with additional certifications in Sports, Pediatric and Clinical Nutrition.
My journey in fitness began in 2010 with Pilates, aerobics, and spinning, and I’ve been offering personalised nutrition counseling since 2012.
